Quotient currently offers outsourced accounting and financial management services on an 'offsite', ‘onsite’ or ‘managed resource’ basis.

Our OFFSITE service provides our clients with an accounting bureau facility - they deliver their paperwork on a weekly, monthly or quarterly basis and we do the rest!

Alternatively we send one of our client accountants to our client's premises to work ONSITE on either a weekly or monthly basis. We tend to provide this service on either a half-day or full-day basis.

Our MANAGED RESOURCE service provides our larger clients with a part-time financial manager to oversee their own accounting staff.

We normally process workflow on either of our two preferred accounting platforms – Sage Line 50 or TAS Books. We do however have experience using the majority of UK and SA accounting software platforms including MYOB, QuickBooks and Pastel.

Our core OFFSITE / ONSITE service tends to cover the following functions:
